Mark Fischetti, author of Drowning New Orleans, to speak at Simon's Rock
GREAT BARRINGTON, MA – Veteran science journalist Mark Fischetti is set to speak at Bard College at Simon’s Rock on September 14. The lecture will be located in the Fisher Science and Academic Center Clark Auditorium at 7 p.m. This event, which is organized by faculty member Christopher Coggins, will be free and open to the public.

He has also written articles for Scientific American and The New York Times to spell out how to protect coastal regions worldwide in an era of increasingly intense storms and rising seas.
