Personal Training

Personalize your workouts with one-on-one training! Our Personal Trainers as well as our Assistant Trainers will help you achieve your fitness goals through specialized workouts targeting your own individualized needs. Personal Training Fees:
Members: $35 per half-hr, $50 per hr. Nonmembers: $42 per half-hr, $63 per hr.
Discounted package rates and Group Training for 2 to 5 people are available.

Private Training for Runners

Are you a running newbie? Are you looking to take your running to the next level? To run your first 5k or set a marathon PR?

Any running goal you have can be addressed and met with customized, one on one coaching and training plans by Fast Feet coach and marathon runner, Rebecca Hunter. Individual sessions are available to assess your form and technique, practice a new skill or workout, or to discuss your goals and training. Specific training plans to help you prepare for and run your best 5K, 10K, half-marathon and marathon are available at a package price.

Individual Session:
Half-hour: $35 members ; $42 non-members
Hour: $50 members ; $63 non-members

5K & 10K Training Plan
Available in 6 week or 12 week programs.
Fees: 6 weeks: $225, 12 weeks: $400
Half-marathon Training Plan
Available as a 12 week program with an additional 2 week taper. Fee: $450

Marathon Training Plan
Available as a 16 week program with an additional 2 week taper. Fee: $600

Each plan listed above will include:
- 1, 60 minute private running session per week
- Unlimited email coaching
- Weekly training schedule with instructions
- A Personal Training log
- Assistance in selecting running courses that mimic race conditions
- Running specific strength exercises and stretches
- Race day preparation
- Proper nutrition and Hydration
- Opportunity to run with Fast Feet running group
- Motivation and a little push!
