Personal Mentoring Program - 8 WEEKS TO A BETTER YOU!

Great for anyone who wants to work independently, is comfortable in the gym and just needs that little push to get going! Work alongside one of our Personal Trainers to develop a comprehensive fitness program that you can succeed at on your own. An initial consultation and program design session is followed up by weekly check-in meetings to track your progress and keep you motivated. Your program will not only include strength training exercises, but also goal setting in the areas of cardio-vascular fitness, flexibility, nutrition, and stress relief.
