Aerobics and Dance Studio
With its hardwood floors and expansive windows, the Aerobics room and dance studio was designed to shift with the changing dynamics of each class. The room provides an ideal environment for a variety of activities ranging from gentle yoga and tai chi to power stepping. A selection of typical activities include tai chi; gentle, intermediate, and Iyengar yoga classes; cardio fusion aerobics; Pilates; and cardio-kickboxing.
