Step 1: Open "Printers and Faxes"

 

  • Select Control Panel from the Start menu (if it is not in the Start menu, click on My Computer and in the drop-down menu labeled Address at the top of the screen select Control Panel)

    • openControlPanel

    If using a different XP theme (ie green and blue), in Control Panel select the Use Classic View option

    • Double-click the Printers and Faxes icon
