ITS discourages the use of Outlook for security reasons. However, if you must use Outlook, make sure that you disable SPA and enable SSL in your account preferences.

• Outgoing Mail via SMTP: Server port 465, Use SSL with Password Authentication
• Incoming Mail via IMAP: Server Port 993, Use SSL.
• Incoming Mail via POP (not recommended): Server Port 995, Use SSL.
