Event Details

There will be a year end vocal studio recital at 7:00 Sunday May 2 at the Kellogg Music Center. The program will feature sopranos Sarah Conner, Rebecca Solomon, Mirah Sand, Stephanie Waldo and Jace SouMei, along with baritones Nash Rochman and Robert Ruark. They will be singing a wide range of music including Brahms, Debussy, Mozart, Beethoven, Strauss as well as contemporary music theater and cabaret. They are students of Jack Brown and will be accompanied by the legendary pianist Hilda Banks Shapiro. Also taking part will be soprano Norah Benedict and flutist Jacob Shenker. A small reception to greet the young artists will follow.
