Required Forms
There's a lot to do between when you are accepted at Simon's Rock and when you arrive on campus in the fall. The forms and information linked below will help you take care of everything before Arrival Day.
Most importantly, please download, print out and read each of the required Health Services forms. These are critical and students will not be allowed to register for classes if they are not completed.
Next, fill out the Roommate Profile and return it so that we can get your feedback on this crucial process.
When that's all done, check out the information available on what to pack and what to leave at home, and read the information about Arrival Day to get a handle on what you'll be doing when you finally get here.
