Interlibrary Loan requests may be submitted online:
     Submit an ILL Book Request
     Submit an ILL Article Request
     Submit an ILL Renewal Request

Paper ILL request forms are available at the Reference Desk. Fill one out for each book or article and hand in to any staff member, or at the Circulation Desk. Loan periods vary, depending entirely on policies at the lending library (usually 3-4 weeks). When these items arrive, we will put a note in your campus mailbox.

• Student, Faculty & Staff with a currently valid Simon's Rock I.D. Card
• Alumni/ae holding an A.A. or B.A. degree from Simon's Rock with a currently valid Simon's Rock Alumni Library Card

Community borrowers possessing a current Simon’s Rock Library card may request interlibrary loans, however, the following fees apply:

Periodical articles: Base fee of $2.00 plus any additional fees charged by the lending library.

Books: Base fee of $2.00, plus the cost of UPS return postage, plus any fees that the lending library may charge.

When these items arrive, we will notify you by telephone.
