ArtStor (image database)
The ARTstor Charter Collection is an image database of over 300,000 art reproductions. It includes architecture, painting, sculpture, photography, decorative arts, and design as well as many other forms of visual culture. Faculty may contact Library staff for additional features of this database, which include collation of images into slideshows. Rembrandt: Simon's Rock Art Image Database
A database of over 8,500 high resolution art historical images created from the Simon's Rock Slide Collection holdings. Search for one image or artist, or search for a specific course and choose carousels by class. Also create own carousels for personal use. Includes painting, scultpure, architecture, photography, and graphic arts. Requires SR login.

The ever-ambitious Google’s attempt to index “scholarly” information on the web. Not exhaustive or entirely reliable (the project is still in development), but worth a try if you’ve drawn a blank everywhere else. Note that many of the articles indexed require payment for viewing (though you can usually obtain the article citation for free). More database info.
