Wireless Network: Getting Connected
ITS has created a publicly accessible wireless network for
community use in select areas around the campus. The Simon's
Rock
public wireless network allows faculty, staff, and students with
a Simon's Rock Username authenticated access to this network.
In order to secure this network, we are using IEEE 802.1X authentication and EAP-TTLS protocols to dynamically and automatically set up private WPA connections between clients and the network. To get started, please review the requirements and then select the appropriate operating system for instructions on connecting to the Simon's Rock Wireless Network.
